The character I bought for tibia coins from the site, did not have an addon it's supposed to have. It's not fair

How is that possible?

Bonus pack level 4 was the main reason I bought it. Can I get my tibia coins or cc back? I don't want it if it doesn't have bonus level 4

Only Entrepreneur Outfit is account bound.

If you mean Full Entrepreneur Outfit it's account bound not character bound.

I think it’s because when the character is on a market it’s still belong to someone acc maybe that’s the reason

But how could I know that?
It's not stated anywhere that I will not get this addon buying a character from the site

It’s clearly saying on a site that the addon is on your account after you spend so much coins not to the character.

Addon bonuses section says how to obtain certain addons

For example Full Mage Outfit : Mage Outfit Quest

Full Entrepreneur Outfit: Automatically after
donating total of 3000 points

But it's nowhere stated that this is for the account only and the only addon I will not get when buying character from the site.

My bad sorry but anyway the addon it’s sign in to the account not to the character
